"Through your journey I will help guide you to follow your heart/soul/passions to give you self-awareness and courage."

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the states of Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions.
I specialize in supporting women through a range of challenges, including hormonal transitions, postpartum anxiety, health-related stress, boundary setting, and significant life changes. Together, we work to better understand and untangle the connections between these experiences, creating space for greater clarity and balance.

My work also includes supporting individuals navigating pregnancy, infertility, IVF, and postpartum adjustment, as well as helping new and expectant parents manage transitions. I am particularly passionate about supporting women entering motherhood and guiding parents as they adapt to the emotional and practical demands of this role. As a wife and mother who has personally experienced the IVF journey, I bring both professional expertise and lived understanding to the complexities this path can present.

I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences, process emotions, and gain insight into how life transitions are affecting them. My approach emphasizes identifying individual strengths, clarifying goals, and developing practical, personalized strategies to support meaningful and lasting change. Together, we work toward healing from trauma, navigating relationship and family dynamics, and restoring overall well-being in the face of mental health challenges.

I approach therapy through a mind–body lens, integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness with techniques like breathwork and interoceptive awareness. This comprehensive framework supports clients in restoring balance, building resilience, and fostering a deeper connection between their mental and physical well-being.

On a personal note, I was born and raised in northeastern Colorado. I value my roles as a wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family in the mountains, cooking and baking, and traveling to experience new places and perspectives.

Mollie Munn, LPCC

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) in Colorado and a proud Colorado
native. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado
Christian University, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. In addition to my
professional role, I am a wife, mom, stepmom, daughter, sister, aunt, friend, and devoted dog
mom—roles that deeply shape my understanding of relationships, family systems, and the
complexities of real life.

My personal and professional journey led me into the counseling field with a strong desire to
walk alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate pain, transitions, and relational
challenges. I believe healing is possible, even in seasons that feel overwhelming, and I am
passionate about helping clients rediscover hope, clarity, and resilience.

I specialize in working with couples and families experiencing marital distress, communication
breakdowns, infidelity, divorce, blended family dynamics, and high-conflict relational patterns.
My clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while maintaining a holistic, systemic
lens that honors each client’s unique story and context. I value collaboration and strive to provide
therapy that is both effective and time-conscious. I am also actively pursuing my Level I
Gottman Method Couples Therapy training.

As a Christian, my faith is an important part of who I am and informs my values of compassion,
integrity, and hope. That said, I work with individuals and families from all faiths, belief
systems, and backgrounds, and I am committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and
nonjudgmental therapeutic space for every client.

Together, we will build on your strengths, identify meaningful goals, and work toward healing
and growth at a pace that feels right for you. I would be honored to support you on your journey.

"Hi, I’m Sarah. I help adults work through anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship struggles, and big life transitions. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not like yourself, you're not alone—and you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I believe that everyone has the answers they need within themselves—sometimes we just need support uncovering them. My role is to help you get curious, build awareness, and reconnect with your own wisdom.

I use a mix of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and psychoeducation to help you better understand what’s going on and what might help. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build practical tools, and find meaningful ways to move forward.

Whether you're working through something from your past or facing a challenge right now, I’m here to support you. I also work with couples who want to improve communication, navigate transitions, or feel more connected.

Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and free to be yourself. No pressure—just real conversation and space to grow.

If any of this resonates, I’d love to connect."
